Success of Implementation of The Woman's Voice Project.

01

In the implementation stages of the project for the voice of women, the organization has been able to reach 716 people as a whole in three wards in various social groups. However, with this number, it is a great hope that everyone who has been given education and training in the way of raising, preventing or resisting violence with all their strength.

02

The community's awareness of incidents of violence and how to report them to the authorities for access to justice has increased.

03

MTAKUWWA committees at the village and ward levels where the project is implemented have awareness and a solid understanding of the effects of violence and how to face, oppose and eradicate violence in society.

Challenge.

01

Lack of financial resources to strengthen the effectiveness of MTAKUWWA committees at the village and ward levels.

02

Lack of social welfare officers in many areas of the ward and villages who are the targets of monitoring and implementation of the duties of MTAKUWWA committees at the ward and village levels, a situation that leads community development officers to carry out those duties.

03

Not being given special training to the community development officers present in the ward and villages regarding the guidance of MTAKUWWA committees at the village and ward levels.

03

Frequent changes in the structure of MTAKUWWA committees at various levels, from the national level to the village level, this situation brings confusion and changes in members in the relevant committee.
