PROMOTING THE RULE OF LAW AND THE INDEPENDENCE OF JUDICIARY IN AFRICA
This project started to be implemented in July, 2025 including the method of access to justice for all groups of citizens, especially those who do not have the ability of lawyers and advocates to access their rights. This project is implemented in nine wards of Handali, Igandu, Msamalo, Ikowa Membe, Majeleko, Chilonwa, Makang”wa and Nhahelezi.
Until now, the organization has implemented this project in five wards which are Ikowa, Chilonwa, Makangw”wa, Handali and Membe. The organization has reached various groups of community members in the aforementioned wards by providing legal education and legal aid services in the following way:-
Training for ward and village government leaders, famous people, religious leaders, ward conflict councils, student clubs in primary and secondary schools, women's groups, MTAKUWWA committees at village and ward levels, boda boda groups,
football bonanzas for young people, provision of education in clinics and health centers, business markets and for individuals at home. In general, the organization has reached 2894 people, 1104 men and 1790 women in this project to promote the rule of law and the independence of the courts in Africa.

The organization expresses sincere thanks to the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania through the office of the Chamwino district head, the office of the executive director of the Chamwino district council, the community development department of the district, the social welfare department, the office of the lawyer of the council, the assistant registrar of non-governmental organizations, executive officers of the ward and villages where the projects are implemented, community development officers of the ward for the cooperation we get throughout the implementation of the project.
